Been in France For Years

Bonjour!

I have been living in France now for 4 and a half years. My French is good, but not that good.
So as I have found a new passion and pass-time in blogging I thought it would help me to do a "word of the day" type blog. Maybe some grammar points or conjugation stuff as well. So here I go.

My word for today: RIRE - a french verb that mean to laugh or have fun!

Expression with rire - MORT DE RIRE (mdr) - laughing out loud or laughing your a** off...

Other things rire - RISIBLE - laughable, ridiculous
RISIBLEMENT - laughably, ridiculously

Some basic conjugation:

présent
je ris
tu ris
il/elle rit
nous rions
vous riez
ils/elles rient

passé composé
avoir ri

imparfait
je riait
tu riais
il/elle riait
nous riions
vous riiez
ils/elles riaient

future
je rirai
tu riras
il/elle rira
nous rirons
vous rirez
ils/elles riront
